We're committed to getting your Velvet Halo to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia.
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- European Union: 7–15 business days
- Australia: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at our Track Order page.
If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@nirelo.com.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders (outside the United States), customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. If you have questions about customs fees, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the shipping address once an order has been processed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an absent recipient, or refusal to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or taxes incurred. See our Refund Policy for details.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at hello@nirelo.com within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation. We'll work with you to investigate and resolve the issue.
We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive the package.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High order volume during peak seasons
- Customs processing
- Carrier disruptions
- Severe weather conditions
