Does the Velvet Halo work on all hair types?
Yes. The Velvet Halo is designed for straight, wavy, curly, and coily hair. The five heat settings (150°C–200°C) let you choose the right temperature for your texture — lower for fine or color-treated hair, higher for thick or coarse hair.
Is it safe for color-treated hair?
Is it safe for color-treated hair?
Yes. We capped the maximum temperature at 200°C on purpose — hot enough to set your style, cool enough to protect color and prevent fading. For color-treated hair, we recommend using settings 1–3 (150°C–175°C).
Can I use it on wet hair?

No. The Velvet Halo is designed for dry or towel-dried (damp, not soaking wet) hair. Using it on fully wet hair can damage both your hair and the tool. Towel-dry first, then style.

The Velvet Halo runs on universal voltage (100V–240V), so it works worldwide. You may need a simple plug adapter depending on your country, but no voltage converter is needed.

The cord is approximately 2 meters (about 6.5 feet) with a 360° swivel to prevent tangling while you style.

The Velvet Halo displays temperatures in Celsius (°C). For reference: 150°C ≈ 300°F, 200°C ≈ 390°F.

Possibly, depending on your country. Most US, UK, and EU orders are not subject to customs fees, but international orders may incur duties imposed by your local government. These are the customer's responsibility.

- Start with clean, towel-dried hair (damp, not soaking)
- Apply a heat protectant spray
- Section your hair into 2–4 parts
- Choose the right heat setting for your hair type
- Brush slowly from root to tip, holding for 3–5 seconds at the ends for curl
- Finish with a light hairspray for hold

Daily use is fine when used with a heat protectant and at the appropriate temperature for your hair type. For healthier hair, we recommend taking 1–2 days off per week.

For most people — yes. The Velvet Halo combines drying, smoothing, and styling into one tool. Towel-dry first, then use the Velvet Halo to finish.

Unplug and let it cool completely. Wipe the barrel and bristles with a soft, dry cloth. Never submerge in water or use harsh cleaners.
