Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. We'll then notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there's often processing time before a refund appears. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please email us at hello@nirelo.com and we'll help resolve it.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at hello@nirelo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video showing the defect. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps. In most cases, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no return shipping required.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we process it. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

To start a return, please email us at hello@nirelo.com and we'll provide return instructions specific to your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.

Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, an absent receiver, or refusal to collect the package, it will be returned to us at the customer's expense. This expense includes return shipping costs and any duties or taxes incurred, and will be deducted from your refund. To avoid this, please double-check your shipping address at checkout and make sure someone will be available to receive the package.

Items Marked as Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at hello@nirelo.com within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation and we'll work with you to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot issue automatic refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We always recommend shipping to a secure address.
